KONL Workshop – Staying Power is Open to All Nurse Leaders

Nurse Leaders have cited in several recent national studies that they anticipate the recruitment and retention of nursing staff to be their top challenge in 2026. Even health systems with strong recruitment and retention metrics realize that retaining their Generation Z workforce will be much more challenging. The second-year turnover in this age group now exceeds 50%. The loss of just one registered nurse now costs more than $61,000.

I am proud to partner with the Kentucky Organization of Nurse Leaders on this critical new program that explores innovative strategies to build a culture of retention in 2026. This is one program you won’t want to miss. The program will be held on January 30th from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM EST.
