If you are in a senior nursing leadership role in your organization (e.g., Senior Director, CNO, Chief Nurse Executive, ADPCS, Vice President of Patient Care Services), please consider participating in this important IRB-approved research study examining how nurse leaders plan strategically and make future-focused decisions during this turbulent time in healthcare in areas such as workforce sustainability, organizational resilience, and evolving healthcare demands.
The research requires a one-hour commitment for a confidential, audio-recorded interview conducted virtually via Teams or Zoom. Eligibility criteria include the following:
- Licensed RN
- Current employment in a senior-level nursing position in acute care, community health, or an integrated healthcare setting in the U.S.
- Minimum of one year in an executive or senior nursing leadership position
Participation is voluntary, and no compensation is offered. This study involves minimal risk.
