Many of you who have attended my programs know how complicated achieving well-being is in today’s turbulent healthcare environment. When you add in other responsibilities, such as caretaking outside of work, it can be even more challenging. As leaders, we need to better understand the challenges to design effective solutions. Please consider participating in the study below and asking some of your staff to do so as well.
Research Announcement
Researchers at Case Western Reserve University invite you to participate in a voluntary research study below on the psychological well-being of full-time Registered Nurses (RNs) practicing in the United States.
Balancing work, caregiving, and purpose, your experience can inform real solutions.
Maintaining psychological well-being and purpose amid multiple professional and personal demands remains a significant challenge for nurses. I invite you to participate in a study exploring the psychological well-being and sense of purpose in life of full-time registered nurses, including those who also provide unpaid caregiving. By sharing your experience through a brief 10-15-minute anonymous survey, you will help generate evidence to inform nurse leader support strategies, workplace policies, and well-being initiatives.
Consider sharing with other full-time registered nurses and lending your voice to this research to advance understanding of nurse psychological well-being and purpose in life in today’s workforce.
